  Conveniently located on my route home, this quickly became my go to spot when I'm hankering for veg and meat wrapped up in a burrito or filling a bowl.
  
  I find the staff always friendly and the food fresh and filling. I go for the bowl when I'm in a hurry and the burrito if I'm willing to wait the extra 6 minutes it takes on the grill.  I get every topping, salsa and sauce and even splurge for the guac every now and then.
  
  My favourite meat is the peppercorn steak. Have also tried the chicken and the pork and a mixture of both and been happy with those choices as well.  I think I'd find it satisfying without the meat.The small burrito or bowl makes a nice lunch and the large usually leaves me full and rolling away from the table.
  
  I see many more visits to Burrito Jax in my future.

  I am pleased to report that this Burrito Jax location has reopened with new ownership! I am also pleased to see that some of the staff from before have returned.
  
  I've since graduated from getting burritos to ordering their bowls, and this place rarely disappoints. Love their bucking hot sauce and I love this is a place where you can get food without feeling terribly guilty about it. Lots of healthy fresh ingredients to choose from.

  Food was amazing but the facility was awful, dirty and the staff were dismissive and not that great. We went late morning on the weekend, is was not busy but it was dirty. Our tortilla chips took 10 minutes to make but all the girl did was pour them from the big bag they come in into a little paper bag for us.  If the burrito wasn't so tasty I would rate lower.

  My boyfriend has raved about Burrito Jax for awhile now so we decided to check out the Cole Harbour location on a whim.  This was my first time and wasn't sure what to expect.  I went with the small burrito bowl, which is like a salad with burrito toppings.  It was delicious - and I was glad I went with the small and not the large!  The staff, once aware this was my first time there, walked me through each option available to me.  Everything looked and tasted amazing - fresh ingredients and warm sides.  It was delicious and I will definitely be back again!

  This place friggin' rules. Was told it was good. Had it. Super enjoyed it. The grill at the end was well worth it. Glad they had a whole wheat option as well.
